We are engineers from aerospace defense industry with 20 year-experience on design, test and manufacturing. We designed analog, RF, uW and mmWave test systems from design/validation phase to production.
We designed and produced test systems for pulsed-RF, high power DUT, multi-site, multi-port devices. Custom control boxes, custom control and test software were built.
For on-wafer test requirements, we built up to 100 Ghz test systems including probe stations and auxiliary components.
For high power DUT’s, we designed high power switching unit and control software.
We can create software on C#, C++, MATLAB or LabView platforms.
